The Turbocharger Exhaust Gas Manifold Elbow is a component used in engines that is responsible for collecting and directing the exhaust gases away from the turbocharger assembly. In a multi-cylinder engine, each cylinder has its exhaust port, and the exhaust manifold collects the exhaust gases from all the cylinders into a single pipe. The exhaust manifold deals with the exhaust gases produced by the cylinders on the left side of the engine and routes it to the turbine housing of the turbocharger assembly which is then pushed into the exhaust system via the turbocharger exhaust gas manifold elbow.
Attributes:
• Designed to optimize the flow of exhaust gases, allowing them to merge efficiently and exit the engine with minimal resistance
• Made of robust and heat-resistant materials, such as cast iron
• Designed for adequate heat dissipation capabilities to prevent excessive heat build-up
• Designed to withstand 300 kPa
Applications:
This Turbocharger Exhaust Gas Manifold Elbow is used to collect the exhaust gases from the turbocharger assembly and route it to the exhaust system of the machine.
