Description:
The Reman cylinder pack, also known as a cylinder kit, is a key component of an engine's combustion chamber. It consists of multiple individual cylinders that house the piston, connecting rod, cylinder liner, rings, pin, retainers, connecting rod, and all necessary seals and other associated components. The pack is responsible for guiding the reciprocating motion of the piston. As the piston moves up and down within the cylinder, it compresses the air-fuel mixture or exhaust gases, enabling the combustion process and power generation within the engine. The cylinder has a higher compression ratio allows for better combustion efficiency and increased power output.

Attributes:
• Withstand high temperatures, pressures, and mechanical stresses generated during the combustion process.
• Precisely machined and honed to provide a smooth and uniform inner surface.
• Complies with environmental regulations regarding emissions and noise levels.
• Has a Compression ratio of 16.0:1

Applications:
The Reman cylinder pack within an engine overhaul kit is to provide all the necessary components required for the replacement or repair of the engine's cylinders and it is used in Cat 235B, 235C, 235D Excavator, 572R Pipelayer, and D7R, D7H Track-type Tractors.
