Description:
A Ball valve is a type of valve that uses a ball-shaped disc to control the flow of fluid through a system. The ball valve consists of a hollow, perforated ball that rotates within a body to control the flow of fluid. When the ball is rotated so that the hole in the ball is aligned with the flow path, fluid can pass through the valve. When the ball is rotated so that the hole is perpendicular to the flow path, the fluid is blocked and cannot pass through the valve.
