Description:
A brake charge gear pump is to supply pressurized hydraulic fluid to the brake system to activate and control the braking mechanism. When the brake pedal is pressed, the pump generates hydraulic pressure, which is then distributed to the brake cylinders or calipers to engage the brakes and provide the necessary stopping power. The pump draws in hydraulic fluid from a reservoir or hydraulic system, and as the gears rotate, it traps and displaces the fluid to create pressure. This pressurized fluid is then sent to the brake system, where it applies force to the brake pistons, causing them to actuate and engage the brake pads or shoes against the rotors or drums, thus slowing down or stopping the vehicle.
Attributes:
• Ensures the brake system operates effectively and consistently.
• Provide hydraulic pressure for the braking systems
Applications:
A brake charge gear pump is used to reliably stop power and controlled the movement of loads. It is mainly used in Cat 770, 770G, 772, 772G, and 773GC Truck
