The Crankcase Breather is designed to manage fumes and pressure within the crankcase to ensure proper engine operation. The positive crankcase ventilation valve is connected to the crankcase and the intake manifold. It contains a diaphragm and a spring that regulates the flow of fumes. The fumes are ultimately expelled from the engine as part of the exhaust gases and sent through the exhaust system.
