Descriptions:
The Gear is placed in the Air Compressor and tightened by using the fasteners like Pilot Ring and Full Nut. A gear is a part of the compressor's drive that is responsible for transmitting power from the motor to the compressor pump. It is typically made of high-strength steel and is designed to withstand the high stresses and forces generated during operation. The Gear Train is typically driven by an electric motor, which provides the power needed to drive the compressor.

Attributes:
• Hardened to indentation depth of 0.5-1.0mm which provides high strength and wear resistance
• Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability, and reliability
• Provided with base module and base diameter value of 2.500 and 105.000

Applications:
The Gear is used in the Air Compressor to ensure that the compressor pump is driven at the correct speed and with the necessary power to produce compressed air, this is mostly used in Cat 140H, 143H, 14H, 160H, 163H, and 16H Motor Grader, 3176C, 3196, C-10, C-12, C-15 and C13 Engine (Piston), 416, 420, 428, 430, 432, 434 and 444 Backhoe, CP34, CP5, CS34 and CS5 Compactor, CPT372, CPT372TT, SBF214, SPF343 and SUF557 Pumper, Cement Trucks, D8R, MT835, MT845, MTC835, MTC845, MTC855 and MTC865 Track Type Tractor, TH38 and TR53 Powertrain, TH514D Telehandler Hrc, TH514D Telehandler Lrc.
