Description:
The Cylinder Piston is a component of a hydraulic lift system, specifically within the lift cylinder. The function of the lift cylinder piston is to convert hydraulic pressure into linear force. When hydraulic fluid is supplied under pressure to the cylinder, it acts on the piston, causing it to move inside the cylinder barrel. This movement generates the force required to extend or retract the lift cylinder, allowing for the lifting or lowering of loads or performing other mechanical tasks.

Attributes:
• Pistons undergo precision machining processes to achieve tight tolerances and ensure a proper fit
• Withstand the forces and pressures involved in lifting heavy loads without deformation or failure.

Application:
The Cylinder Piston is responsible for generating the hydraulic force that lifts the load and is mainly used in Cat 24, 24H, and 24M Motor Grader, 550, 550B, 560B, 570, 570B, 580, and 580B Tree Harvester, 560 Harvester - 6 Wheel (Tree), 924F, 924G, 924H, 928F, 928G, 928H, 950G, 950H, 962G, 966F, 966G, 966H, 972H, 980G, IT18F, IT24F, IT28F, and IT28G Wheel Loader, 924G Oem Applications, D7G Track Type Tractor, TR35 Powertrain.
