It utilizes seawater as the cooling medium to dissipate heat from the compressed air. The Aftercooler consists of a Shell, Heat Exchanger Core, Inlet, and Outlet Ports. The Shell is a housing that encloses the Heat Exchanger Core and contains raw water and compressed air passages.
